Lips — define the lip line, add subtle volume, balance asymmetry. Lasts 6–12 months. 1mL or 2mL depending on goal.
Chin — refines profile, balances a recessive chin, lifts the lower face. Lasts 12–18 months.
Cheeks & mid-face — restores volume lost with age, lifts the cheekbone, supports the under-eye. Lasts 12–18 months.
Under-eye / tear trough — softens dark circles caused by volume loss (not pigmentation). Technically demanding — best in experienced hands.
Jawline — sharpens definition along the mandible, balances proportion, supports the lower face. Lasts 12–18 months.

Botox relaxes muscles to soften expression lines. Fillers add volume — plumping lips, restoring cheek contour, smoothing static lines like the nasolabial folds, or refining the chin and jaw. Many clients have both, and they work well together but treat different things.
Most hyaluronic acid fillers last 6 to 18 months depending on the product used and the treatment area. Lip filler typically lasts 6–12 months; cheek and chin filler often closer to 12–18. We confirm expected longevity during consultation.
Topical numbing is applied before treatment. Modern fillers also contain lidocaine, which numbs as it's injected. Most clients describe the sensation as a brief pinch rather than pain.
